I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully spacious, tastefully decorated with traditional furnishings, and had the added touch of our bed being turned down every night. The view from the balconies, overlooking the river and distant alps, was truly breathtaking. The service was top-notch with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The location was superb, within walking distance to key attractions and offering a stunning view of the Aare river. The dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast buffet. The facilities were excellent, enhancing my overall experience.
